The location of the Yuzawa Grand Hotel is magnificent, being close to shops, restaurants, a beautiful hill with streams of water, the railway station, and common areas.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and include an electric kettle and a refrigerator. the hotel has a great and unbeatable location next to a restaurant serving really good food in a ski area. We also enjoyed the nearby lake, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Just a short walk from the Enchigo-Yuzawa train station, it is conveniently situated at the top of a hill, providing a stunning view of the snow-covered mountains. The sound of the constantly running streams of water adds to the peaceful ambiance.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic Japanese-style hotel! the staff was friendly and attentive, helping us to find the hotel when we were lost. the breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of Japanese dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, close to the train station and shops, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We loved the hot springs, it was so relaxing to soak in them after a long day of work. great value for money.

That some of the furniture in our room was a bit worn-out. this was a minor issue, and it didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, with both Western and traditional Japanese style bedding options. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the large outdoor onsen with great amenities like hair dryers and lotions. Transportation was so convenient, with a shuttle to the nearby ski area right in front of the rental shop. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, doing their utmost to answer any questions we had. Last but not least, we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast every morning.
